Japanese Shichimi Crunch Teriyaki-Wings​

Enjoy Japanese style Teriyaki Chicken with shichimi topping!​

Ingredients

330 grams Roasted Teriyaki Chicken​ (As per instructions)

1 piece Lemon (Zest)

1 piece Lime (Zest)

1 piece Orange (Zest)

2 tablespoons Shichimi Togarashi

3 tablespoons Mixed Sesame Seeds

1 tablespoon Parsley Flake

2 tablespoons Fried Garlic

2 tablespoons Spring Onion

2 tablespoons Flaky Salt To Taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a medium pan with no oil lightly toast sesame, parsley flake, and fried garlic for 1-2min.
  2. Remove from heat and transfer to a large plate or tray and let cool completely at room temp.
  3. When cool, transfer to a large mixing bowl with citrus zest, shichimi togarashi, and flaky salt.
  4. Cook Tyson Roasted Teriyaki Chicken by desired method as per instructions
  5. Immediately transfer Tyson Roasted Teriyaki Chicken and spring onion to the mixing bowl and toss to coat the chicken thoroughly.
  6. Pair with salad, rice or Japanese mayo and lemon.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
