Crispy Chicken Salad

Tyson….creating chicken delicacies in every dish!

Ingredients

Chicken and Main Ingredient

150 grams Green Coral or other leafy vegetable of choice

40 grams Cherry Tomatoes (cut half)

30 grams Capsicum

20 grams Croutons

1 piece Avocado (Julienne)

Balsamic Vinaigrette

30 grams Balsamic Vinegar

120 grams Olive Oil

10 grams Dijon Mastard

10 grams Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Strips as per instructions on pack.
  2. Place all ingredients except avocado and croutons into the bowl, mix well with dressing
  3. Place into the serving plate, top with avocado and croutons, Serve and enjoy.
  4. For the dressing In a small bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and honey together until well-combined.
  5. Add olive oil and keep whisking until all combined.
