Chicken Steak with Baked Vegetables​

500 grams Grilled Tender Chicken

50 grams Garlic (Thinly Sliced)

100 grams Onion (Thinly Sliced)

100 ml Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Salt

½ teaspoon Pepper

200 grams Broccoli (Stems Peeled and Heads Halved Lengthwise)​

200 grams Cauliflower (Stems Peeled and Heads Halved Lengthwise)​

500 ml Prepared Chicken Gravy

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, and onion in an oven safe dish. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.​
  2. Place thawed Tyson Grilled Tender Chicken on the vegetables and put into oven. Bake at 180’c for 20-25 minutes.​
  3. Serve with chicken gravy and crispy garlic bread, or your preferred choice of side dishes.​
  4. For Garlic Bread: Mix and whisk softened butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Generously spread the paste onto your preferred choice of bread and bake for 7 minutes at 180’C, or toast the buttered side on a skillet over medium heat until brown and crispy.​

For Garlic Bread

100 grams Butter (Softened)

50 ml Olive Oil

50 grams Garlic (Minced)

2 teaspoons Parsley (Chopped)

Salt and Pepper To Taste

Preferred Choice of Bread

For Garlic Bread

  1. Mix and whisk softened butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
  2. Generously spread the paste onto your preferred choice of bread.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes at 180’C, or toast the buttered side on a skillet over medium heat until brown and crispy.​
