Karaage Chicken with Honey Lemon Sauce

Tyson….creating chicken delicacies in every dish!

Ingredients

Chicken and Main Ingredient

6 pieces Chicken Karaage​ Tyson Chicken Karaage (prepared as per instrutctions on pack)

Honey Lemon Sauce

120 grams Honey

100 grams Lemon Juice

20 grams Olive Oil

4 cloves Garlic (Minced)

To taste Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Karaage as per instructions on pack.
  2. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic cloves into the saucepan and sauté until fragrant for around 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and honey to the mixture. Bring to simmer in low heat and add salt and pepper tp taste.
  5. Keep simmer for around 20- 30 minutes, or until sauce is smooth and slightly thick. Then, remove sauce from the heat and let it cool down.
  6. Glaze the chicken karaage with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
