Nugget Fresh Spring Roll

Ingredients

Chicken and Main Ingredient

4 pieces ​Chicken Nuggets

1 piece Rice paper roll

40 grams Cucumber (Thin Slice)

30 grams Carrot (Thin slice)

60 grams Green oak

20 grams Shallot (Thin slice)

Dipping sauce

5 grams Coriander Root (minced)

5 grams Green Chili (minced)

5 grams Garlic (minced)

1 grams Lime juice

10 grams Fish sauce

15 grams Palm sugar

30 grams Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables and nuggets as per instructions on pack.
  2. Mix coriander root, green chili and garlic into a paste (this can be blended using a blender, or mortar and pestle).
  3. Add fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice into the mixture. Mix until well combined. Taste and season as desired.
  4. Fry nugget until golden brown. Leave on rack to air out.
  5. Soak rice paper roll into the water for 30 seconds, just to soften enough to roll.
  6. Spread the rice paper out and add vegetables and nuggets as filling.
  7. Wrap the roll tightly and cut the ends. Serve with the prepared dipping sauce.
